Q: What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
A: All of our products undergo vigorous checks before they are dispatched. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged/faulty item(s), please contact us at email@example.com.
If the package and/or the contents appear to be damaged upon receipt, please ensure that you open and check the contents with the driver present. We will then arrange a replacement or refund subject to terms and conditions. View our Warranty Policy.
Q: How can I send a product in for repair?
